Thistle. Its seeds are wind borne; however, its presence shows that humans have been there. Not that we didn't know that. I'm just saying-Thistle comes from Wales.
If you have a bird dog or a dog that enjoys the great outdoors, this is the bane of his or her fur. It's carried via its velcro like apendages on clothing, fur, hair or whatever. Notice the location. I wonder if it was picked off of someone or something here.
